Updates

I've changed all the text links in the gallery to thumbnails. Something that I should have done sooner but also in spurts... It just took me several hours to go through over one hundred and twenty images to make thumbnails and the several pages of gallery... *groan* I've also gone and changed the answer to the question of how I made the (current) layout and from the previous update up until December 23rd, I'll be updating the Contests page with entries...I'm also looking for a poll/voting script thing that might help me work on sorting how many entries I get (if someone enters a name for the current contest and it's already there, then that'd just count for the already listed name whereas if it wasn't there yet, it'd add the name to the list of names to vote for)... Does anyone know the script/polling/voting thing that I'm talking about?

I've also added a new guestbook since I can't login to signmyguestbook.com to change the look, delete spam entries or anything else for that matter and I've already tried e-mailing them, but they've never replied. Hmm... oh well. I kept a link to the old guestbook since it's still accessable but I hope the new one gets used too.

At any rate, I know it's been a while since I added anything, and I apologize. I've had SCdC for so long and so far I've only had one chapter, a songfic and half baked ideas. Maybe I do need a co-writer/author...know of anyone who's willing to work with someone who has swiss cheese for brains (both have tons of holes)? If you're interested, contact me either via the updates, guestbook or through the contact page (contact via the contact page is the most likely way for me to respond quickly). Anywhoo... here's a list of things that have been done recently.

The site's still active...somewhat. I did add a new piece of fanart a few weeks ago, though I didn't get around to mentioning it until now. I've also made a new layout but I want to wait until I've finished working on chapter two before updating everything.

And so, after days of SCdC not showing up because of some freak server mishap, SCdC is back up. I had to tweak the file extentions. I don't know why the server doesn't recconize .phtml as a valid extention, because it is a valid one...I've been using it for the longest time. I converted the extentions to .php...which now means that older browsers aren't going to be able to view the site. Oh well.. I should have figured as much when I used a .php file for the FAQs page. I'm in the process of deciding what kind of layout to make that work better for the site than the current one..
